Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or prescription lenses
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for such cases.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
