Does AYNA accept insurance?

AYNA is not currently in-network with vision insurance plans and does not bill insurance directly at this time.

If your plan has out-of-network vision benefits, you may be able to submit your AYNA purchase for possible reimbursement.

Before ordering

If you plan to submit your order to insurance, contact your insurance company first and ask whether your plan allows out-of-network reimbursement for eyewear, frames, lenses, or prescription glasses.

Your insurance provider makes the final coverage decision.

What AYNA can provide

After purchase, AYNA can provide an itemized reimbursement receipt that may include:

  • Customer name
  • Date of purchase
  • Frame name or SKU
  • Frame price
  • Lens type and lens price
  • Coatings or upgrades, if applicable
  • Total paid and payment method
  • AYNA business name and contact details

How to ask your insurance

You can ask your insurance provider:

  • Do I have out-of-network eyewear benefits?
  • Can I submit a receipt for prescription glasses?
  • What frame or lens allowance do I have?
  • Do I need a specific claim form?
  • Where should I submit my itemized receipt?
Can AYNA guarantee insurance reimbursement?

No. AYNA cannot guarantee reimbursement. Coverage depends on your insurance provider, plan benefits, deductible, allowance, and claim rules.

When do I receive the receipt?

AYNA can provide the itemized receipt after your order/payment details are confirmed.
