Return & Exchange Policy

We want every AYNA order to be handled clearly and professionally. Because eyewear and prescription lenses can be custom-made, return and exchange eligibility depends on the product type, order status, frame condition, and lens production stage.

Important: Please contact AYNA before returning or exchanging anything. We will review your order, frame condition, lens status, and the best next step.

Quick Policy Summary

Frame-Only OrdersUnworn frame-only items may be eligible for exchange after review if reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Prescription LensesCustom prescription lenses are made for your prescription and frame, so they are generally non-refundable once production starts.
Damaged / Issue OrdersIf an item arrives damaged or has a clear order issue, contact AYNA with photos within 48 hours.

Frames

Can I exchange a frame-only order?

Frame-only exchanges may be reviewed if the frame is unworn, unused, undamaged, and reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup. The frame must be in original condition with packaging if applicable.

When can a frame exchange be refused?

AYNA may refuse exchange if the frame is worn, adjusted, scratched, damaged, missing parts, altered, or returned without required packaging or proof of order.

Prescription Lenses & Custom Orders

Can prescription lenses be returned?

Prescription lenses are custom-made based on your prescription, lens choice, and frame. Once lens production starts, prescription lenses are generally non-refundable.

Can I cancel a lens order?

Lens orders may be cancelable only before lab production begins. Once lenses are ordered, cut, edged, tinted, coated, or fitted, cancellation may not be available.

What if the lens has an issue?

AYNA will review the order details, prescription, lens status, lab work, and fitting concern. If there is a confirmed order or lab-related issue, AYNA will guide you on the best available solution.

Own-Frame Lens Replacement

What if I bring my own frame?

Customer-owned frames are accepted only after inspection. AYNA does not charge you for your own frame; you are paying for lenses, lab work, fitting, edging, handling, and inspection.

What if my own frame is weak or breaks?

Older, weak, brittle, rimless, half-rim, luxury, or high-risk frames may carry fitting risk. Extra handling charges may apply before order placement. AYNA will inspect and explain the risk before proceeding.

Shipping, Pickup & Order Issues

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact AYNA within 48 hours with clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. We will review the case and guide you on the next step.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping, rush, handling, and service-related charges may not be refundable unless AYNA confirms an order-related issue that requires correction.

How long does review take?

Review time depends on the issue, order status, frame condition, lab status, and photos/details provided. AYNA will respond with the next step as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable / Limited Return Items

Custom Prescription LensesGenerally non-refundable after production begins.
Used or Damaged FramesFrames that are worn, scratched, adjusted, or damaged may not qualify.
Special Add-OnsTint, photochromic, high-index, premium coatings, rush work, and custom lab work may not be refundable once started.
