Ordering From AYNA

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through AYNA’s website or contact us through Instagram/WhatsApp for guidance before ordering.

Can I ask questions before buying?

Yes. You can send us your frame photo, prescription details, lens question, or style preference. We will help you choose the best available option.

Are online prices final?

Prices shown are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on prescription, lens type, frame condition, coatings, tint, photochromic upgrades, progressive lens design, and fitting difficulty.

Prescription & Lens Help

Can I use my own frame for new lenses?

Yes. AYNA accepts customer-owned frames after inspection. We first check the frame condition, prescription needs, and fitting difficulty before confirming the final price.

Do you charge for my own frame?

No. If you bring your own frame, you are not paying for the frame. You are paying for lenses, lab work, fitting, edging, handling, and inspection.

Can high prescription lenses cost more?

Yes. High prescriptions, thinner lens materials, complex prescriptions, premium coatings, tint upgrades, progressive designs, and other add-ons may change the final price.

Do you offer single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses?

Yes. AYNA offers single vision, bifocal, progressive, tinted, photochromic, anti-glare, blue light, and other lens options depending on your prescription and frame.

Tint, Photochromic & Add-Ons

What is the difference between tinted and photochromic lenses?

Tinted lenses stay colored indoors and outdoors, like prescription sunglasses. Photochromic lenses are clear indoors and darken outdoors.

Can I choose tint color and darkness?

Tint options may be available depending on lens type and prescription. Final availability depends on prescription, frame style, and lab options.

Are add-ons included in starting prices?

Some basic options may be included depending on the package, but premium coatings, high-index lenses, tint upgrades, photochromic lenses, rush processing, or complex fitting may cost extra.

Shopify Checkout & Payments

Is AYNA checkout secure?

AYNA’s website is powered by Shopify. Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify-supported secure checkout systems.

Why do I see tax at checkout?

Sales tax may be added at checkout based on applicable rules. Sales tax is separate from product pricing.

Can I pay outside the website?

For some orders, AYNA may confirm payment through an approved method. Always use AYNA’s official website, invoice, or confirmed payment process.

You can message AYNA on Instagram or Meta platforms for frame help, lens guidance, product questions, or order support. For official order processing, AYNA may direct you to the website, invoice, or confirmed payment method.

Are Instagram prices final?

Instagram and Meta posts may show starting prices, product availability, or general information. Final price may vary based on prescription, lens choice, frame condition, stock, upgrades, taxes, and fitting needs.

What should I send in DM?

You can send your frame photo, prescription details, lens question, or product inquiry. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. For secure payment, use AYNA’s official checkout or confirmed payment process.

Returns, Exchanges & Custom Orders

Can I return prescription lenses?

Prescription lenses are custom-made for your prescription and frame, so they may not be refundable once production starts. AYNA reviews each issue based on order status, frame condition, lens status, and fitting concern.

Can frame-only orders be exchanged?

Frame-only exchange eligibility depends on item condition, timing, and whether the frame has been worn, adjusted, damaged, or used.

What if my own frame is weak or breaks during fitting?

Customer-owned frames are accepted only after inspection. Weak, old, brittle, rimless, half-rim, luxury, or high-risk frames may carry fitting risk. Extra handling charges may apply before order placement.

Shipping, Pickup & Processing

How long does an order take?

Processing time depends on frame availability, lens type, prescription, lab work, and fitting requirements. AYNA will give a better estimate after reviewing your order.

Can I request rush processing?

Rush may be available for some orders, but it depends on lens type, prescription, lab availability, and frame condition. Rush service may cost extra.

Do you ship orders?

Shipping availability depends on order type and customer location. Shipping cost, timing, and tracking will be confirmed when applicable.

No. AYNA provides eyewear, frames, lens replacement support, and lens guidance. AYNA does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, eye disease management, or replacement for a licensed eye exam. For eye pain, sudden vision changes, injury, infection, disease, or urgent medical concerns, please contact a licensed eye care professional immediately.
